What I learned in Chapter 4:
    how to capture images, edit them and paste them onto a webpage.

    find out how to access certain parts of the map in question
    import raster data to an existing map
    determine particular depths by pointing and clicking on areas on the map using the information tool
    accessing and importing data from ArcCatalog to a map on ArcMap by dragging
    creating new data frames
    importing information (layers) to new data frames
    how to manipulate the appearances of features on a particular layer


Chapter 18
In Chapter 18c, I exported a map in 3 different image file formats.  The EMF file is 137 KB, the JPEG is 1065 KB, and the bitmap is 2525 KB.  Because I want my web pages to load quickly, I will use the smallest image file below.
