Homework and Reading Assignments

Reading assignments, suggested problems, and mandatory problem sets will be posted on this page. Check this page often as the reading assignments are subject to change.

All problem sets are due at 5:00 pm on the due date at Jane Owens's office (Guion 221).

You can learn a lot from each other, so I encourage you to discuss and work problems together with classmates. However, remember that you must do your own work and acknowledge help received.

Unless otherwise noted, all reading and problems are from the Essentials of Computational Chemistry by Cramer. HW sets will be handed out in class as well as available through the website by clicking on the problem set number.

Links to homework solutions will be available after the due date. Click on the problem set number for full worked solutions. If you don't see a new assignment and you think you should, be sure to have your browser "reload" the page.
